Honey Cornbread

INGREDIENTS

1 cup flour

1 cup cornmeal

1/4 cup sugar

1 Tbsp baking powder

2 eggs, whisked

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder in a large bowl. Form a ‘well’ in the center of the mixture.
Add whisked eggs to the well followed by heavy cream and vegetable oil.

Line a 9×9 baking pan with cooking spray.

Bake for 20-25 minutes
